For the Chicken Rolls：
1 chicken breast,boneless skinless
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Olive oil to taste
300 g spinach
For the chicken roll
Boil a pot of water. Add some salt into it.
while it’s boiled add the spinach to blanch until it’s soft. then drain the spinach.
Cut the chicken breast into sheet and spread out.
Add the grounded pepper, salt and olive oil on the chicken breast sheet.
Place the spinach on the chicken breast and wrap the chicken breast sheet.
Fix it with plastic wrap.
Set PENGFA Cook Helper at 145°F/63°C & 60 mins.
Put the chicken roll into a zipped bag and put it into the water bath for 60 mins.
While time is up, take the chicken breast out to of the bag without sauce.
Heat a pan with medium flame and add some olive oil.
Fry the chicken breast until its surface is golden brown.
cut it into several segments.
then it’s ready to serve.
