For the Squid：
6~8 ounce squid
3 tsp garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
Olive oil to taste
Rice wine or white wine to taste
Red chili to taste
Half lemon juice
Sesame oil to taste
For the Squid
Set the PENGFA Cook Helper at 140℉/60℃。& 60 mins.
Slightly cut the inside of the squid but don’t cut it off.
Then cut it into several segments.
Seasoning it with salt and pepper then put the squid into the zipped bag and add the olive oil.
Put the bag into the water bath for 60 mins.
when time is up, take the squid out of the bag without the sauce.
Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
After it’s getting smoky turn it into medium flame and put the squid into the pan.
Fry the squid until the place you cut it slightly is getting curved.
turn of the flame and add the red pepper, lemon juice and sesame oil to mix them up.
Then it’s ready to serve
