Sous Vide Pumpkin



For the Pumpkin

150 g pumpkin, 1 inch dice

5 clove garlic

1 bay leave

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp nutmeg powder

1/8 tsp white pepper powder

2 tbps olive oil


For the Pumpkin:
Step 1:
Set the Sous Vide Precision to 185℉/85℃.

Step 2:
Season pumpkin with garlic, bay leave, nutmeg powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Place in a large zipper lock and place the bag in the water bath. Set the timer for 90 minutes.

Step 3:
When the timer goes off, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully remove the a pumpkin from the bag and pat dry. Remove skin from the pumpkin and transfer to a serving plate, and serve.
