For the Scrambled Eggs:
3 eggs
20cc milk
1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
For the Scrambled Eggs:
Step 1:
Set the Sous Vide Precision to 167°F /75°C.
Step 2:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, black pepper and parmesan cheese .Transfer the eggs to a medium zipper lock bag and place in water bath and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Step 3:
When the timer goes off, remove the bag from the water bath. Gently massage the bag to agitate the eggs. Return the bag to the water bath and set the timer for 10 minutes.
Step 4:
When the timer goes off, repeat the agitating step and return the bag to the water bath. Set the timer for 10 minutes.
Finishing Steps:
When the timer goes off (after 30 total minutes of cooking), remove the bag from the water bath. Carefully remove the eggs from the bag and serving plates.
