Sous Vide Cod Fish With Spice Bread Crumbs



For the Cod

8~10 oz cod filets

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp white pepper

2 tsp olive oil

For the Bread Crumbs

2 tsp olive oil

50 g bread crumbs

1 tsp garlic, chopped

1 tsp chili, remove seeds and chopped

1/4 tsp fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp cumin

1/8 tsp black sand pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp fresh parsly


Cod Fish Process:

Step 1:

Set the PENGFA Cook Helper at 131°F/55°C & 30 mins.

Step 2:

Season the cod fish with salt, white pepper & olive oil and put it into a zipped bag.

Put the zipped bag into the water bath for 30 mins.

Step 3:

While time is up, take the zipped bag out of the water bath.

Take the cod fish out of the bag and drain the unnecessary sauce.

Prepare the delicious crunchy bread flour

Step 1:

Heat the pan with low flame and put the olive oil into it.

Fry the chopped garlic until it’s getting golden brown.

Step 2:

Then add the bread flour, chopped red pepper, fresh rosemary & cumin into the pan.

fry them until bread flour gets golden brown color then take them out of the pan.

Step 3:

Add the grounded black pepper, salt & parsley with them and mix them together.

Cover the cod fish perfectly. it’s ready to serve.
